Hey everybody -

Well I’ve spent the last three days in Chicago learning all about a new system that we’re going to be installing at work. There was a great deal of information stuffed into those three days, but it was very informative and interesting. There will be some fun times at work in the near future.

Anyway, I got down to Chicago early this morning and then stayed down there after the final session was completed – mainly because the train schedule for my area sucks so bad! But the weather turned ouot nice and I did have my camera – so . . .

I have pictures from downtown Chicago online. They’re not that good, but I think some of the shots are interesting. I have some of Chicago’s Millenium Park. I guess there’s been some controversy over the Bean – guess it was under repair and won’t be open by Memorial Day! It’s in all of the papers in Chicago. Guess there’s no onther news

I also added a few shots of an airplane as it flew over the house. You can see them here – they’re at the end of the group.

I’ve been heading into Chicago the past couple of days – attending training so we can prepare for some changes at work.

Anyway, I got there early today and tood a few pictures. Here are some samples.

I have some more images available. A few new images in the Miscellaneous section. A bunch more in the Midwestern Clouds section. Springtime in the Midwest can bring about some dramatic cloud formations.

I’m hoping to get some images from the Prarie Wolf Slough in the next week or two. Want to get some images of the remnants of the pat winter before all of the new growth takes over. And I’ve seen some Redwing Blackbirds out there – I’d like to get some shots of those!
