- Spring Break in Florida We spent Spring Break down in sunny Orlando – I attended a conference and the rest of them got to play. I got a little bit of playing in at the end of the jaunt. Pictures are here. There are also a bunch of videos from this trip:

- Civil War Days 2006 Some images of me and the kids at the Lake County Civil War Days. We all had a lot of fun seeing the sights, talking with the re-enactors and watching the big battle. We all want to do it again next year!
- Cub Scout Day Camp The son and I spent a week in the sun at a local Boy Scout day camp. He was the scout and I was the adult helper. We both had fun. Check out the pictures! There's also a Video page.
- End of Summer Man, this seems like a lifetime ago when the temperatures here in northern IL were in the 70s and 80s. Now in mid-October, we have low 50s and 40s. Well to bring back a little bit of that liquid gold called sunshine, here are some pictures from our end of the summer weekend. Towards the end are pictures of the kids on the first day of school too.
- Shay & Rusty's September Visit We were lucky enough to have Shay and Rusty spend a couple of days with us when they visited in September. Too bad that the weather wasn’t better than what they were having in AK, but we had fun none the less. Thrill to the Yerkes Observatory! Ooh and Ahh at Edward’s Apple Orchard! See the popcorn sale! - Chris & Ani's Wedding Um – I don’t think any intro is needed here. We all know what this is, don’t we? No one got too snokkered that night.
- Scouting Activities OK – this area is a clearinghouse for scout related pictures – girl scout or boy scout. We start off this year with images from Sean’s first pack meeting and Bobcat ceremony and end with the recent Cubmobile race.
- Christmas Well, the holidays have come and gone but here are a few remembrances of the get-togethers from the Christmas season.
